Every product Contour Blinds sells is made to your specifications to fit your windows only. Customer satisfaction is our main priority and we want you to order with confidence. Please follow our measuring guides to ensure that you get the correct blind measurements for your windows. Take measurements of all windows AND use a metal tape measure!
Once you have received your order from Contour Blinds, open the packaging and inspect your blinds thoroughly for any manufacturing defects or delivery damage. If you find your blind(s) is damaged or defective, please contact our customer service department as soon as possible on 020 3239 5585.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase please contact us and we will work with you to achieve your satisfaction. All of our products are custom-made to your specifications and requirements. Refunds are not offered as an alternative to damaged or defective products if these can be replaced.
Contour Blinds instructions should be followed regarding measuring and fiting of blinds. Our blinds are custom-made to order, based upon the measurements and specifications that you provide to us during our online order process. If you realise that you have made a mistake during the online order process, please contact Contour Blinds immediately on 020 3239 5585. Otherwise, products cannot be returned due to measuring errors or inaccuracies or not entering measurement’s correctly during the online order process. Returned goods (only if authorised for return) must be sent back to Contour Blinds within 10 days of original delivery. Delivery charges for non-warranty replacement and repairs may be incurred and are the responsibility of the customer and are not refundable.
