All our blinds are covered by a full twelve month guarantee to cover any manufacturing defect. This does not cover for any damage due to misuse or neglect.
All Contour Blind products are rigorously quality checked, but in the unlikely event that you experience any problems or your blind is faulty please e-mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org
We will promptly deal with your queries and, if necessary, arrange for a replacement to be sent without delay.

All products from Contour Web Sales are delivered throughout the UK Mainland and Ireland for a standard flat rate charge of only £10.00 (£6.00 for Roof Blinds) regardless of the number of blinds in each Order. For offshore customers including the Scottish Islands, Channel Islands, Isle of Wight etc there will be an additional charge depending on weight. Offshore customers should contact us on 020 3239 5585 for exact carriage costings before placing their Order.
We aim to dispatch all our blinds within ten working days of your order being completed on www.contourblinds.co.uk. However due the Covid-19 situation some products may take longer.
If, for any reason, there is a delay in the dispatch of your blinds, if possible, we will contact you via email with an estimated dispatch date for your blinds.
If we try to deliver your new blinds while you are out a card will be left by our delivery company, giving details of your local collection point. You can contact this collection point to arrange a free redelivery time or call and collect the blinds yourself.
