All products from Contour Blinds are delivered throughout the UK Mainland and Ireland for a cost of £10.00 for the first blind and £2.50 thereafter for each additional blind. (For roof blinds the cost is £5. 00 for the first blind and £2.50 thereafter for each additional blind.
For offshore customers including the Scottish Islands, Channel Islands, Isle of Wight etc there will be an additional charge depending on weight. Offshore customers should contact us on 0044 7968 754 503 for exact carriage costings before placing their Order.
We aim to dispatch all our blinds within 5 working days of your order being confirmed on www.contourblinds.co.uk with a transit time of 2-3 days depending on destination location.
If, for any reason, there is a delay in the dispatch of your blinds, we will contact you via email with an estimated delivery date for your blinds.
When available we will provide Order Tracking Details via e-mail and if you provide a smart phone contact number this process can be automated via the Courier. Please note that we use different Couriers and this service may not always be available.
If we attempt to deliver your Order while you are out, a card will normally be left by the Courier, giving details of your local collection point. You can contact this collection point to arrange a free redelivery date/time or arrange collect the blinds yourself.
Important On delivery it is important to note any damage done to the packaging which may have been caused in transit. If apparent it should be noted on the driver’s receipt document as “Unchecked.” Any damage to the contents is rare, but Contour Blinds cannot be held responsible for any damage unless there is documented evidence. Any damage must be reported as soon as possible by e-mail.
