All products from Contour Blinds are delivered throughout the UK Mainland and Ireland for a cost of £10.00 for each order and this is regardless of the number of blinds in the order. This delivery charge represents great value for money for those customers who purchase several blinds in the same order.
(For Skye Roof Blinds made for Velux, Fakro and Keylite Windows the cost is only £5. 00 per order, again for delivery throughout the United Kingdom mainland and regardless of the number of blinds)
For offshore customers including the Scottish Islands, Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight etc there will be an additional charge depending on weight. Offshore customers should phone 0333 800 2808 for exact carriage costings before placing their Order.
We aim to dispatch all our blinds in about 5 working days of your order being confirmed on www.contourblinds.co.uk with a transit time of 2-3 days depending on destination location. However in recent times due to the introduction of new workplace regulations imposed by the Government regarding social distancing dispatch time may be extended.
If, for any reason, there is a delay in the dispatch of your blinds, we will contact you via email with an estimated delivery date for your blinds.
When available we will provide Order Tracking Details via e-mail and if you provide a smart phone contact number this process can be automated via the Courier. Please note that we use different Couriers and this service may not always be available.
If we attempt to deliver your Order while you are out, a card will normally be left by the Courier, giving details of your local collection point. You can contact this collection point to arrange a free redelivery date/time or arrange to collect the blinds straight from the delivery depot.
Important On delivery it is important to note any damage done to the packaging which may have been caused in transit. If apparent it should be noted on the driver’s receipt document as “Unchecked.” Any damage to the contents is rare, but Contour Blinds cannot be held responsible for any damage unless there is documented evidence.
